Which processes can be automated?
The ones that repeat and follow clear rules: invoices, reports, moving data between systems, preparing documents and sending notifications.
Can bookkeeping be automated?
The bookkeeping routine can: issuing invoices, matching payments, entering expense documents and preparing reports. You keep your accountant, but they stop retyping data.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not, we connect your existing systems. If one of them has no way to exchange data, we say so in the audit and propose an alternative.
What happens if an automation breaks?
Every workflow is monitored. If a step fails, the responsible person is notified immediately and no data is lost.
