Why everything sits under one roof
Most projects do not fall apart in one place. They fall apart in the handovers. Strategy reaches the designer as a presentation, the design reaches the developer as an image, the finished site reaches the marketing team as a URL. Something is lost at every handover, and it is usually the reason a thing was done the way it was.
We work differently. The same people who write the positioning also build the site and run the campaigns. It means the measurement is designed in from the start, the ad copy is written by people who know the brand, and nobody says "that part is not ours".
In practice that buys two things. Speed: a one-page site goes live in two weeks, advertising campaigns in a few days. And accountability: one contract and one person to ask.
