Why build our own system instead of using an off-the-shelf CRM?
An off-the-shelf CRM is right when your process fits its logic. If your staff work around the system with spreadsheets and email, a custom build pays for itself faster. The research stage tells you which option is better value for you.
How much does a CRM system cost?
A CRM for a team starts from 4 900 EUR and a broader business system from 9 500 EUR, excluding VAT. A process review and plan costs 650 EUR, and we quote in phases after it.
Can you migrate data from Excel and our old software?
Yes. Data migration is part of the plan: we clean up duplicates, check formats and carry over the history you still need.
Who owns the system and the source code?
You do. Once it is paid for in full, the source code and the data are your property, and another developer can maintain the system.
